Lyndonville Schools/Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES - October 05, 2011
As a Communications Assistant for Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES, I represented the Lyndonville Central School District from January through July of 2011. In collaboration with former Superintendent Barbara Deane-Williams and her assistant Mary Fredendall, we were able to upgrade the District's website to a more user-friendly platform and increase the amount of information available on the site. In May 2011, the website was recognized as one of the six best in the region by Buffalo Business First.
In particular, I was responsible for redesigning and updating the Professional Development, Students and Parents sections of the website. When Deane-Williams and Fredendall left the district in June 2011, I took over the website in its entirety and assisted in orienting the new leadership team during the transition.
